Plan has 1 upload widget but it doesn't show

The plan I purchased says it comes with 1 upload widget, but when I go to the page https://www.transferbigfiles.com/widgets, the message I get says, We don't have any widgets to show. I need to know how a client will be able to upload files to my account.
